How long will it take for my item(s) to ship?
Here’s how it works: you order, we process, then we ship/deliver.
Processing orders may take up to 1-3 business working days (excluding holidays). Our working days are Monday-Friday, 7 days a week! Once you place an order with us you'll receive a shipment notification email with a tracking number as soon as your package ships. Shipping usually takes 2-3 days, but will depend on the delivery service (USPS) and any delays that may occur.
We offer local deliveries to specific zip codes in Fresno, Ca - ONLY.

Deliveries will be made between 9am - 6pm daily. If you wish to receive your order on a specific date/time please let us know in the notes section during checkout.
If you live in a gated community or apartment PLEASE leave code in notes during checkout. If code is not provided, this may cause a delay in your delivery.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes we do! Shipping rates are calculated depending on which country customers are from.
What if my package is lost or damaged?
We take pride in our packaging, however we understand that unfortunate events can occur in transit. (Grr..)
For any orders under $50 please contact the delivery service (USPS) for assistance in filing claims or locating packages. If they're unavailable to assist you please contact us so that we may find a solution for you. Insurance coverage is included in each mailing order.
If still no sign 3 days after shipping your package or if it has arrived damaged, please email us at email@example.com for further assistance.
Returns + Exchanges
We do not accept any form of returns. If you ordered the wrong item(s) please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org to immediately communicate an exchange. However, if your item(s) are already packaged we will not be able to issue an exchange.
What if I need to cancel my order?
Once you've place an order with us you may not cancel. All sales are final.
If you have sensitive skin or allergies, we HIGHLY recommend testing a small area of skin/lips for any allergic reactions. We are not responsible for any reactions or medical complications while using our products. Please note that we list all ingredients in the product page descriptions. Make sure to ask any additional questions if you are unsure of any product ingredients.
Will my product expire, melt, etc.?
If any of our products are exposed to excessive heat/cold for only short periods of time, it will not impact the product’s consistency. However, if they're left out too long it may result in a thicker or thinner consistency.
Our products do not have expiration dates. We generally recommend products to be used within a 8-12 month period after opening - for best product quality. All products are natural, cruelty free and do not contain any preservatives.
